Day 21 of my 30 paintings in 30 day challenge !

Although it’s easy to describe this style of my paintings as mid-century style they actually aren’t inspired by this form of design at all.

If you look deeply into this body of work, you can see how much it’s influenced by nature and the world around us. Hints of Monet-like Lilly pads, or droplet waves forming in a calm body of water, colour schemes found in a peaceful walk. These paintings come from a deep and meditative place of inspiration.
